About VRQ LLC

Built on Experience. Driven by Advocacy.

In the wake of the 2008 recession, the construction industry faced widespread uncertainty and disruption in 2009. VRQ started that same year, as a temporary project to help owners navigate tough situations and solve problems. It wasn’t long before VRQ saw there was a long-term opportunity as clients recognized the need for a dedicated advocate in construction.

At the helm is Andy Qunell, a seasoned industry expert with a reputation for diffusing tense situations, managing crises, and keeping projects on track. With decades of experience as an owner’s representative, Andy has built VRQ on the principles of honesty, transparency, and orderly leadership; ensuring that every project runs with the owner’s best interests at the forefront.
