Opportunity Enterprises turned to VRQ LLC to manage the development of an 11-unit, 22-bed respite care building for adults and children with cognitive disabilities. This $7.5 million project demanded both sensitivity and precision. VRQ led the charge on contractor negotiations, site coordination, and FF&E integration to deliver a facility that meets high standards for accessibility, comfort, and care. We kept the project grounded in its mission while protecting every dollar and day on the schedule.

VRQ LLC worked with the owner on the delivery of this $32 million, 83-unit Assisted Living facility in Highland Park, Illinois. Spanning 70,000 square feet, Arbor Terrace required coordination between healthcare operators, design teams, and contractors. Acting as the Owner’s Rep, we navigated through a variety of construction needs. We made sure every decision made sense for both the residents and the owner’s bottom line.

For this $40 million, 205,000-square-foot Active Adult Living community in Noblesville, Indiana, VRQ LLC was brought in to manage the entire development cycle. The project included 172 residential units tailored for seniors seeking vibrant, independent living. Our approach kept the developer’s interests at the forefront while aligning construction realities with long-term operational goals.

VRQ LLC served as the Owner’s Representative on Moody Bible Institute’s $32 million Chapman Center, a 52,000-square-foot facility housing state-of-the-art media and communications classrooms, production studios, and radio broadcast suites in Chicago. VRQ ensured the development stayed on track and true to the institution’s mission.
